ISO 9001:2008 is the International Standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It provides an organisation with a set of principles that ensure a common sense approach to the management of the business activities to consistently achieve customer satisfaction.

• Gain solid understanding of ISO 9001:2008 Standard
• Management of internal audit schedules and reports
• Preparation of internal audit check-lists (and their pros and cons)
• Process-based auditing techniques (how to gain objective evidence)
• Auditing behavior
• Initiating Corrective and Preventive actions

Format

This is a Two days’ instructor-led, classroom-based training programme. The instruction is a blend of lecture, application, individual and team-based exercises.

This course is designed for individuals who would like to be qualified as an Internal Quality Auditor.

Certification:

Participants will be certified by De Quest based on the scoring in the examination (90 Minutes), which will be conducted after the training programme.
