Course Description

The Six Sigma methodology is a systematic and data driven application that is focused on achieving significant financial results and increasing customer satisfaction. When deployed properly on carefully selected business projects, this methodology can lead to a significant reduction—and in many cases, elimination—of defects, wastes and out-of-control processes which will translate into dramatic business gains.

Black Belts provide value to the organization’s Lean Six Sigma framework in a number of ways. They lead and drive the Six sigma projects for its successful completion. Black belts act as trend setters and change makes in the organisation. They coach and mentor the Green belts and other team members on Six sigma methodologies. Participants will be able to apply the tools and techniques learned during the training to a business improvement project assigned to them by their management which can have greater financial impact.

Format

This is a Three days’ instructor-led, classroom-based training programme. The instruction is a blend of lecture, application, individual and team-based exercises.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for individuals who are responsible for running any process from diverse organizational functions-operations, quality, logistics, finance, HR, production, engineering and other staff functions.

Certification:

Participants will be certified by De Quest based on the scoring in the examination (2 Hrs), which will be conducted after the training programme and successful completion of a Black Belt project and submission of the project report to De Quest.
